Shipping Terms & Conditions

Most orders will ship within 24 hours if placed during normal business hours but please allow up to 4 business days for fulfillment. You can always message us if you need something sooner and we will see what we can do!

Please note: business days are Monday - Friday and exclude holidays.

Once items have been shipped, it is out of our control on how fast the delivery service gets your items delivered. Weather conditions and other natural disasters can affect the delivery status. Tracking will be provided.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges but if you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery as we will do our best to make it right!

Orders purchased without Route insurance are at our customers own risk. We can not issue refunds or reissue items if customer did not purchase the delivery insurance.
